Turnaround time for posters, postcards, and business cards is typically 5-10 business days. Zine and book job turnaround time usually ranges between 2-4 weeks. If you have a deadline, let us know - we can often accommodate although sometimes rush charges will apply.

All prices include 1 digital PDF proof. Modifications or corrections will be charged additionally. Shipping and taxes as applicable are additional.

We accept many print-ready file formats. Amy prefers files created with Adobe Illustrator or InDesign. Files created in Quark must be saved as PDFs prior to submission. When working with text in Photoshop, you must outline your fonts! (Select Layer - Type - Covert to shape) If you skip this step, your text can become rasterized which means your letters will print with fuzzy edges. Images should be scanned and saved at 300 dpi. Bitmap files should be 1200 dpi. If you have any questions, please contact Amy at 510.836.2385.

Unless your final printed piece will have white margins on all sides, your artwork needs to include 1/8" bleed all around PLUS 1/8" safety. In other words, for a poster with a final trim size of 11" x 17", the overal image/file should be 11.25" x 17.25" (1/8" bleed is added added all around but will be trimmed after printing. Anything that needs to be preserved from the final trim, such as text, important images or logos, etc. need to be placed in your file 1/8" away from the final trim edges and 1/4" away from the bleed edges.
